Introduction to Blended Digital Learning
An introduction to the innovation FIT-funded SMO Wellspring is testing with local partners in Rwanda.
With Blended Digital Learning, Wellspring’s trainers are building 46 Teachers Multipliers’—especially women’s—digital skills for their own professional development and are equipping them to offer more diverse, engaging, and inclusive lessons to their students. This unique program is our first-ever hybrid format—half in-person, half on-demand—focused on walking teachers through our Lesson Planning module. Just like our School Development Program, Teacher Multipliers share their learning with nearly 530 other teachers across 23 Rwandan schools.
The BDL project is funded by the Fund for Innovation and Transformation in partnership with the Government of Canada.
